Through Theron African Safaris, you will get a luxurious hunting trip filled with adventure. Whether you have your sights set on the long, spear-like horns of the mighty Oryx (Gemsbok), or quick-moving Impala, your hunting trip will be an unforgettable and thrilling experience.
There are three different African hunting safari packages, one to suit every hunter and every budget. Therefore, the African safari hunt costs will vary depending on the package you choose.
The hunting trip is 8 days/7 nights with 6 full days of hunting. There are 3 African safari hunting packages. These include:
African Hunting Safari Packages #1
- African hunting safari cost is $4,500
- Trophy options include Oryx, Bushbuck, Blesbok, Impala, and even the witty warthog.
Package one is an excellent way to test your hunting skills in a more budget-friendly way! This package allows you to test your beginners’ luck in your eight-day hunting expedition.
African Safari Hunting Packages #2
- African hunting safari cost is $7,800
- Trophy options include Kudu, Nyala, Blue Wildebeest, Impala, and Warthog.
From quality to quantity, the second package will allow you to hunt a wider variety of game and see which hunting approach works the best for you.
South Africa Hunting Safaris Packages #3
- African hunting safari cost is $9,500
- The package includes the Kudu, Eland, Nyala, Oryx, and Bushbuck.
The biggest price tag comes with the most significant challenge and rewarding success. The third package allows you to hunt for plains game of top-tier quality. Africa is known for not only its diverse landscapes but also its bountiful animals in the wild. African Hunting Lodge Accommodations
The main lodge in Limpopo was built in 2019 and filled with world-class trophies to admire. Watch the sunrise from the deck overlooking the dam with a warm cup of coffee each day. The tranquility you experience from the sights and smells is serene and a feeling like no other.
There are six luxurious rooms, and each consists of:
- Two double beds
- Full bathroom
- International plugs
- Electric blankets
- Swimming towels
The boma is sheer magic. Walk up the sandy trail through the trees and fairy lights to find a comfortable hangout spot that seats 20 people. Meet other like-minded hunters and share stories of your adventures while dining on local foods, wine, and beer. Expect world-class cuisine and taste the animals you harvested specially prepared by the chefs.

- Three meals per day
- Water and soft drinks

- Hard liquor – $100 for the duration of the trip
- Laundry each day
- Transportation from the airport to the lodge, throughout the hunt, and back to the airport
- Field preparation of trophies
- Delivery of your trophies to the taxidermist

What to Expect from the African Safari Hunt Packages?
Once you arrive at the airport, the wonderful staff will welcome you with open arms. They will immediately get you in touch with the right people to get your rifle permit, and should a problem arise, they will help you resolve the issue.
Theron African Hunting Safaris provides rifle rentals:
- $70 per day from .270 up to .375 calibers with ammo
- $100 per day for over .375 calibers with ammo
Theron Safaris has two Toyota Land Cruisers to take you out into the bush. A tracker will accompany each client and professional hunter to assist during the hunt. The trophies are skinned and placed in the salt room to preserve the skin and skulls before being collected by the taxidermy.
The taxidermy work requires a 50% deposit to start work and usually takes between 6 to 12 months to complete. Once done, the export company will collect the trophies and do all the necessary paperwork for the export permits. Then, they will contact you directly, request the rest of the payment, and begin the shipment process.
Observers will have plenty of fun during the trip, but there is an observer fee. They can join you on the hunt or have a fun day at the lodge. They can enjoy the following activities:

- A swimming pool is available
- Shopping for souvenirs
- Visit the lion conservation park near the lodge
